Hello, my name is Lewis Peddle.
I have been a loft converter and general builder for over 15 years and have been lucky enough to be able to start my own company Lewis Peddle Lofts in 2018.
I was then driven to start Lewis Peddle Builders in 2020 with Daniel who brings expertise in his years of general building and specialism in plastering, rendering, and screeding. We amended our trading name to Peddle Church Builders in 2022 to fully incorporate both Directors.
We pride ourselves on our honesty and attention to detail.
It is my goal to keep things as transparent and easy as possible throughout.
As we are small businesses you get me project managing throughout.
After I survey the property and offer a free quotation, if you decide to go ahead my hand holding service will ensure we get the drawings, party wall agreement and building control (if required) all included as part of the cost of your build.
You will have access to contact me or Daniel 24/7 not just business hours.
Our goal is to enable you to realise your homes potential.
I can assist you in any loft conversions, garage/summer house conversions, extensions, renovations and building work.

Complete house renovation and extension
Extensive project taken on with great skill and enthusiasm, overcoming several challenges during the build that would have tested less experienced builders, first class finish which we are really happy with. Skilled tradesman used who worked hard and showed real passion and pride in their work. Dan and Lewis have been fantastic, from the very first meeting to completion, understood our preferences completely and the final finish is exactly as we hoped after an epic amount of work. Garage Door Removal and Bricking up of Opening
The team from Lewis Peddle Builders provided an excellent service. They completed works ahead of schedule, whilst still doing a great job. They were polite and friendly, making sure to check if we had any queries/concerns before beginning the works. They ensured that they left the area neat and tidy before checking that we were happy with a top quality job. Fantastic firm with fantastic people!
Full renovation of 1930s 3-bed house.
Dan and the team at Lewis Peddle Builders undertook an extensive renovation of our house. This project took a number of weeks and included a the creation of an open plan kitchen/diner with downstairs WC, a brand new bathroom, full refurbishment of lounge and bedrooms, and modification of front drive and garden patio. Dan was a superb project manager who took care of all the arrangements with contractors whilst making sure we were kept informed throughout. His team are multi-skilled and have a real eye for detail. We will be using for any future projects without question. Highly recommended.
Re rendering of extension and garage in KRend
Dan was in charge of the re rendering of both the garage and extension and did a great job with the help of 2 other colleagues. Very clean, efficient and extremely professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them all. We were extremely happy.
Velux loft conversion bedroom and internal wall put in to create hallway downstairs
