  Dismissed the job I called him out for instead tried to get me to pay for a job on the day that wasn’t necessary. Even even trying to get me to borrow money from my family. When I refused, he warned me that my Christmas lunch would be ruined while water poured in through my roof which was my own fault!

  Prompt initial assessment of job. Communication regarding arrangement of work to be carried out could have been better as not called back on the days specified. Job when booked in was carried out within a few days. Work carried out appears to be well done as problems appear to be resolved. The team were generally tidy, very polite and respectful. The invoice was paid but as yet I am still waiting for the 5 year guarantee to be provided. Overall I would use Philsroofing again.
