9Verified ReviewIt seemed that my earlier DIY attempts to tackle the air lock - draining the water - worked. But I didn't realise that as I was very nervous about switching on the pump to the water system. So there was little real flow. When Stevie the engineer arrived he told me it was OK, switched on the pump and all was solved. He checked a few electrical contacts and all was fine. It was a short visit and Stevie was a perfect gentleman.
