• Gas safety certificate / CP12 check on boiler and gas appliances

  I booked a CP12 for a new property I had just purchased as my main residence but which had been unoccupied for a while and sold by executor who could not provide any safety certificates. I was given the option to pick morning of afternoon slot the very next day which was unexpected, and chose afternoon which gave a window from 1-6. The engineer (Par) gave me a heads up when he was on the way. Par was very polite and courteous and entertained all of our questions about the appliances. Work was completed in an efficient and tidy manner. Would not hesitate to use again.

  Very nice guy from Plumb London, clearly experienced. Worked well in the house with my decorator. Unfortunately, I was left without hot water for 3 days, which is pretty annoying, especially over a weekend. The job to re-do the boiler was pretty good, could be more compact with the pipe work I feel. And the job he did to plumb the wastewater pipe for my sink I had to get redone. As it didn't drain. He suggested the pipe was blocked but after taking it off it was not, it just didn't have the right fall. Regrettably, I would not use them again.

• Boiler Leak

  Plumb London, Boiler leak. The Engineer was onsite less than 30 mins. I contacted the offices on friday morning to complain the leak had not been stopped only slowed down. The office Spoke with the engineer and he offered a reattend or refund. I opted for refund as this was something that should have been checked before leaving. The Office asked for an email requesting a refund which I provided, At which point manager came on the call and refused a refund because of a selection of excuses.

  I had the pleasure to speak to a lady who had no clue about how the business operates. I had three questions and I was held on the phone for almost 10 minutes, as after every questions, she needed to ask someone. This is absolutely not her fault. The company should give a proper training.
