Replace faulty thermostat
Good job, tidy, punctual and friendly
Repair a leak
Unfortunately unimpressed with the service provided and would not recommend. The engineer visited and inspected the leak and changed a defective part. After this, there was a further issue still causing a leak which had not been found on the first visit. They offered the option to repair the other part or to install a new boiler. I decided to think about it. Then the unit started gushing out water worse than before, so effectively it was left worse than before. I did make a complaint but they weren’t apologetic pointing to T&Cs. New boiler would have cost 50% more than elsewhere…
A leak in the bathroom
They arrived promptly the same day I enquired about fixing a small leak in my bathroom. To my surprise I actually had to separate issues. The one I didn't know about was fixed promptly but the other was a greater issue coming from the flat above. My plumber was extremely helpful in advising what it could be and the next actions I needed to take, but without access to their property couldn't assist stop that issue. They did say if I had any issues or needed further support to contact them immediately and they'd be only too happy to help. Great service all round. My first port of call next time
Replace shower cartridge
Good work, decent availability.
I had a leak from an old hot water tank and a replacement was fitted.
I was very pleased with the initial inspection and explanation of what was required. The same chap Toby Woolf came today to replace the tank. He was very polite and hardworking. He was able to answer all my questions about the work he was doing and the new hot water tank
Fixed a leak in bathroom and replace shower valve
Very clean and quick. Charlie very pleasant and efficient.
