He arrived very early the next morning to assess the issue and advise of the work and part required to fix the toilet flush. He also advised us of pricing before hand to confirm we were happy with the quote. Although the part required was not available in store he went online to source the part for same day delivery and came back the next day to install. His trademanship and professional manner is excellent and we will definitely contact PlumbPride again should we have any future plumbing requirements.
