  Great service and punctual

  PMP Plumbing came to service my boiler. Paul was punctual and very efficient explaining what he was doing as he went along as I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend Paul and would definitely use him again in the future.

  Radiator replacement and boiler service

  Paul moved a radiator from a single panel to a tall column radiator and serviced our new boiler. He was very communicative and did the job quickly.

  Quick response and professional

  Paul recently replaced my shower pump after he investigated the source of a leak under my bath. He responded quickly when I got in contact and was very accomodating to squeeze me in around his current jobs. Paul was great and so far so good, the leak has stopped.

  5* service for tricky properties!

  Couldn’t recommend Paul highly enough! We had a very tricky boiler replacement in a very old flat and Paul managed to find a way to fix many problems, make the property safer and all for such good value. His suggestions on things to fix are always with the most efficient cost/outcome in mind and he goes above and beyond to do the best job possible

  Very expensive, would not recommend

  My girlfriend booked Paul based on the reviews. When she told me how much she paid to be left with an ugly protruding wall panel, where the old thermostat was, and holes in the wall, I called him. He told her the replacement thermostat couldn’t be mounted over the old wall mount so it was her choice to have the panel instead of a hole. That wasn’t true, it took me 5 mins to fit it properly. A good plumber should also easyfill the holes and clean up after himself. She didn’t want him to come back, or leave a review but when I tried to talk to him he blamed her so I’m writing the review.

  This review was not left by the client but by her boyfriend who was not present. All prices were agreed beforehand. I visited 3x at her request and didn’t charge for my last visit. Not a true reflection compared to my other reviews.
