  Minor Storm Damage to Roof

  They were appointed by insurance company to fix damage to my roof after the recent storm. I was give a date and a six hour time slot, from 12.23 to 18.23 on a Saturday meaning I had to stay at home all day. Late in the afternoon, as darkness approached, they had not arrived so I called them and got no answer. I tried calling them again and still no answer so I tried emailing them ... no reply. I eventually got throught to the insurance company who toled me that Nelson's had decided they were too far away and they were going to sub contract the job to someone local. They never did.

  upside down roof and stones for guttering support

  We asked for a replacement flat roof on our kitchen and new shed roof. They did the roof and advised us the flat roof on our sunroom needed replacing, and to have new guttering along the upstairs rooms. They replaced our shed roof with a metal one, which they put up upside down. Peter Nelson denied this but we contacted the manufacturer who agreed it was upside down. The new guttering at the front of the house was supported by bricks to get the runoff angle. Despite several texts to Mr Nelson, nothing has been rectified. I even reported the Company who did nothing.

  The guys were punctual, courteous and carried out the work to a high standard. They made a great job of tidying up when they had finished. I would not hesitant to recommend them if you need work done.

  Chimney breast and roof leak fixed

  Peter and lads arrived promptly and gave quote, work carried out next day with minimal fuss. Arrived earlier than stated, and commenced work right away. Happy to recommend this company and will use them again should we have any further problems with roof (1930's era). Now have a leak-proof roof! Thank you lads.

  Roof Tiles replaced, Guttering &down pipes renewed

  Peter and the boys replaced some roof Tiles, removed old guttering and down pipes and put in new Down pipes and Guttering. Removed all old materials and rubbish. Would recommend this company if needing any work done.
