  Paul provided a prompt, friendly and efficient service just when we really needed him. He took us through several checks over the phone before he came to fix the problem, in case it could be done without incurring a charge. I will definitely use POC Electrical again.

  Excellent service I was amazed how fast they came out on the same day the lads were very polite and showed me everything they were doing on the job and most of all they didn’t over charge me I was very impressed with them .I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future amazing ??????????

  After being left with a brand new cooker unable to be connected by the supplier due to a faulty fitting, POC electricas quickly came to the rescue. Electrician was really polite, friendly and professional throughout. Wore PPE to protect flooring/carpet and cleaned up any rubbish. Really appreciated the quick response to my request, came on a late callout, but first made sure it was a suitable time for myself. Explained everything well and gave good helpful safety advice regarding the new cooker once hooked up. I would highly recommend to others and if I ever need an electrician again I will be
