Highly recommended, very professional
Upgrading concealed cistern parts
This is the second time that I have asked Power Gas Services to come to my aid for some niggling jobs. Nathan managed to fit me in the next day for an urgent job that needed to get done to keep my tenants happy. He was friendly, communicative and helpful. The job got done in the time allowed and I will certainly be asking him back for any gas or plumbing jobs that arise in the future.
Had no heating down stairs but hot upstairs only , so theo came and did a power flush great job
Great job cleared blockage now got heating all over, theo worked tirelessly all day and done a great job,highly recommend Theo and Nathan, power gas services and Ben as well thanks /pete cordery
Boiler service and changing timer and some valves.
Absolutely amazing… friendly and professional. Nathan quoted in the morning and was able to do the job later that day. Turned up with colleague Theo and despite the job turning out to be a bit more difficult than first thought ( wires embedded in walls etc) found a solution!!’ Then the best surprise.., final bill cheaper than quote?? and totally cleaned up after ! 110% recommend and will definitely be my go to for any plumbing/ heating needs in future ???? 110
Fixing a leak from a boiler and boiler stopped working
I wanted to say a big thank you to Nathan for arranging for an engineer to come out with very short notice to what was an emergency when we had a leak and our boiler cut out during the very cold weather and we'd been let down by the provider we were insured with. We thought we'd be left with no water or heating all weekend in freezing temps. But no, Power Gas Services came to the rescue and Theo the engineer was brilliant. We wanted to thank both for such a professional and courteous service, very impressed. Brilliant customer service.
Combi boiler had stopped working
Nathan arrived promptly, performed the investigation as to why the boiler wasn't firing up, taking it virtually apart, determining the electrodes were dirty, cleaning them and putting it back together. He left no mess. Polite and courteous throughout. I would definitely use Nathan again.
