For clarity, the conservatory wasn’t installed by Premier. The issue with your conservatory roof is the panel is shared by you and your neighbour, and a large gutter pipe which runs through (this is non-standard set up) therefore, anything that Paul does to said panel, could cause issue to your neighbour's property (who doesn't currently have issues). As you stated, the lead work, which was the bulk of work, was completed and part of the invoice. Your review suggests that Paul never came back to look at the repair for 2 years which isn’t correct. Paul did come back and completed at least 2 or 3 further repairs without charge, but was clear his concerns were the shared panel and that repairing leaks to older products or products not installed by us is difficult and not always possible. Paul also attended your home with a roofing company to see what they suggested and again, there was huge concern over the size of panel and potential effect on your neighbour. We apologise Paul didn't manage to resolve your issue. We understand your frustration but to imply that our Checkatrade reviews are somehow untrue is simply not correct or true.
