Semi flat roof repair disaster
6.75Verified ReviewTwo years after the repair, we are back to where we started and considerably worse. Whilst the erection of the scaffold and punctuality of the team was without hitch, we now hold our breath whenever it rains. Bathroom ceiling is now destroyed from water ingress through light fixture. Returned twice, once to clear down pipe. Another time to inspect new leak. Had a newroofer out to inspect the work and quote remedial repair to be done, his notes suggest previous contractor didn’t overlap the liner high enough. The rain pours over and back into the roof space. Pics available.

A complex building project was efficiently coordinated and we were kept informed at all times of the work schedule. They were quick to respond to our queries and suggestions. 10Verified ReviewWe needed a lot of maintenance and repair work to the house including exterior cladding and painting, shower and tap replacement , cooker hood replacement . Keith from PPS (Chichester) ltd coordinated all the various tasks and workers. Everything was done in good time following accurate quotes. All the work was completed to a very high standard and all the people concerned were knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will definitely use again - highly recommended

Our main area of speciality is heritage restoration work including brickwork, stonework and in particular flintwork utilizing historical methods such as lime putty mix. We strongly believe that it is very important to use historically correct methods when restoring, extending or repairing existing period features
