  Locked out of house - Gear box failed

  Called Pro-Locks having used them before. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Excellent communication about costs before arrival and during the job to explain what needed to be done. Tried to find the cheapest solution to the problem so definitely not out to fleece customers. Excellent workmanship and cleared up well after themselves. Thank you Terry and Tommy. Will definitely use again if need this service.

  Replacing lock in dodgy patio door

  Call the number and you’ll probably get the son, who’ll send his dad to do the job. We related to him really well, very good and solid values in his work, very respectful both to us and the property. Helpful advice and good communication throughout. Very easy to recommend.
