I followed up with a text message confirming my address and the date of the appointment. On the day, he did not show up. I messaged him to ask if he was still able to attend and got no response Long story short, unreliable so will not be contacting again.

10Verified ReviewI have no hesitation in recommending Paul and Pete, they have been fantastic! They had been given a difficult task of removing very steep staircases and rebuilding them so that they are safe with limited space available. As well as rebuilding walls and cladding and creating bespoke doors. Very professional, great communication, neat and tidy. The work has been done to a very high standard and very accommodating to our requests. There was never any problem that they couldn't solve. They are really nice guys to have around and nothing is too much trouble for them. Couldn't have asked for more!

Previous to this Paul created a precision template for a brick arch, which was perfect, he is totally reliable and an exceptional tradesman.
