• Fit downpipe, repoint behind old downpipe

  Rated roofing and building were great. We had a cracked cast iron downpipe which needed to be replaced and damage to the wall behind required repointing. We rang them and they were able to come out and give a quote the next day. They had availability and were able to start the job within 10 days which was perfect as we needed it done before the rain started. They were able to come out early and had the job done in the exact time frame stated. All in all I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use them again.

• New Gutters and Pointing

  Company was engaged by neighbours and charged £1400 for pointing and downpipes. The downpipe can only be described as a bodge job, and I was not engaged or consulted on the solution on my property which leaves gutter open for debris and clearly is unacceptable for a conservation area. The old iron pipe was placed in the new drain, not attached.

• Replace concrete gutters with uPVC

  Job completed. There were some issues but these were compensated by other aspects, hence the score. It was requested for the job to be conducted at a later date, to ensure cash was available, but the traders happily started 3 weeks earlier and were happy for payment to be done later or after completion. The job was supposed to take 2 days but took longer due to certain things that broke and required replacement. Also the completed job required revision as the water was not flowing through one of the gutters as expected. Now we are waiting for scaffolding to be removed, but job is comleted.

• New guttering and rebuilding a chimney

  The team worked very well keeping us informed of the work or any problems as went on. Very friendly and helpful and clearly knew what they were doing. A chimney was also rebuilt and the work was excellent. Would recommend them to anyone.
