  Chimney was leaking in the attic, put the issue on a trader website and these guys contacted me straight away. I had to wait for the go ahead from my neighbours, and they had terrific patience waiting for the thumbs up. Work was done quickly, had to wait for space at the front of our house to allow for the work van and again they showed patience and professionalism. I was in contact via WhatsApp for the majority of the prices and they were always quick to respond at different times of the day, very helpful and efficient would highly recommend

  My roof was in a bad state. I phoned Redland and John came the same day to assess and quoted a fair price. The work was then carried out quickly and with minimum fuss - especially considering my property is in an awkward position and the weather has been atrocious. In all the dealings I had with John and the guys carrying out the work they were friendly and courteous. They also cleared up well after themselves. I would highly recommend this company (and have already) to family and friends.

• Find roof leak and replace felt and battens .

  We had several quotes but not one went into attic to see where the leak was coming from . John was were polite and knowledgeable. Found hole in felt and when repairing the battens were also rotten so had part of roof replaced.( needed it) . They came back promptly on date we agreed .

• Roof repairs/new rear roof.

  John came out and had a look at the work that needed doing. We initially were looking for a repair; however, he felt a replacement rear roof would be more cost effective in the longer term. We also discovered our chimney stack needed to be removed, which did increase the cost, but has made substantial improvements as we no longer have any leaks.
