    We have had to have the entire work they completed redone due to sinking tarmac base coat 40-50 mm and top coat put on 40-70 mm garden chairs was sinking when no one was even sat on them after a few week pin curbs was coming away

  • Lay flagstones and put in retaining wall.

    The flagstones were laid well but there were gaps between and underneath so the material simply dropped straight through the gaps. My husband filled the gaps properly afterwards. The drain wasn’t cemented around properly. The garden was supposed to be levelled off and spare stone taken away. They only roughly levelled it when I said I wasn’t happy. I mentioned the stones I could see and was told they didn’t have room for them in the trailer. After they’d gone we found most of the stone had simply been chucked over the fence or into the other part of the garden which meant us getting a skip.
