His company is him, a completely 100% reliable and honest service. The trust and honesty as been shown from day one, Steven has never made me feel I am paying out for anything that's not needed. In fact, he will provide options which are even cost saving. A total professional!!! I am moving home and I am not sure I'll ever find another plumber like Steven. 10Verified ReviewI discovered a number of old and new heat pipes. They were sticking out of the floor, hidden by a poorly laid carpet in an old wardrobe, and not capped. This stopped decorators laying new floor and threatened to cost a fortune in days of delayed labour. After a call, Steve popped round the same day to survey and advise. He took the time to explain the plan, attending the same weekend to cap old pipes and lower live heating pipes so the work could continue the following day. I'm incredibly grateful for the quick and professional work Steve put in.

Problems with pipes/cabling under the floor needing diverting/replacing, discovering a very small drip from pipes above the kitchen, etc? No problem – unfazed, non-plussed and up to all challenges. Really good at coming up with really good ideas about improving how things might look and work. Such nice guys and a genuine pleasure to have around. My name is Steve and I want to explain how we are trying to make it as easy and reassuring as we can for you, should you need any repair work or bigger projects completed during these hard times. Should you have no hot water, or a leak of water, or any other problem we are going to be here to help. There are going to be essential repairs that still need to be seen to.
We have currently streamlined the company so we only have 2 engineers working, myself and Trevor. I will be doing the day to day repairs and Trevor will be doing the larger jobs like Bathroom installation etc. We are both 45 years old, we don’t go out socialising or mixing in crowds we go to work and then go home. We drive our own vans alone and don’t use public transport. We are both keeping our hands washed and wearing new blue surgical gloves each time we enter a property. We are wearing clean clothes everyday and doing everything we can to avoid spreading the virus, but also want to be there for our customers when they need us.
We are 100% trustworthy and you will have no problems, even if you would prefer to vacate the property whilst work is being carried out. If you would prefer to be at the property then we definitely wont take offence if you want to keep your distance.
We will go out of our way to ensure every effort is made to make you happy about using our services and obviously keeping us employed too
