Leaking gulley
A leaking gulley was my reason on calling Swaine, I had his number saved as he done a job for me 3 years ago. He suggested a new gulley rather than patch repairing it as he could provide a guarantee upon completion. I agreed on the quote and we booked in a date. Job is now completed and after a couple weeks worth of rain it hasn’t leaked once, problem solved! Over the moon. Would highly recommend this team 10/10 once again.

Replace missing tiles and clean moss off roof
Swaine and team were great, they were polite and friendly and helped to explain the issues with the roof clearly. The freshly cleaned tiles look like new and the replaced tiles look great. Really happy with the work done.
Clean roof and gullys. Lift all ridge tiles, recement, point and replace broken tiles. Paint the roof.
Having had several roofers to do repairs over the years, I have now found a proper professional with excellent communication skills and who was polite and helpful. Punctual and reliable, providing high quality work. Clean and tidy. Value for money, I would HIGHLY recommend Swaine and his team to any body who needs roofing work done.
