Working with Rio was a very good experience . From the survey carried out until the works where completed , it was a pleasure to deal with Rio. Always punctual and on time. Once we set a date for the works he respected that. He worked very clean and professional. The quality of the works are up to highest standards. I recently worked with Rio the tiler on a major bathroom renovation, and the results are outstanding. I entrusted Rio with full design and tiling autonomy for my bathroom, which had a challenging color scheme of pink, grey, and ivory. Throughout the project, Rio kept me updated daily, demonstrating impeccable understanding and creative flair. The transformation is spectacular, giving my bathroom a boutique spa feel. Rio was great! He was able fit us in as soon as he was available as it was a somewhat urgent job. As piping was left exposed from a job done by someone else. Rio and his team did the best they could to fill the gaps. Working with what they had finding the best solution for us given the circumstance. Very polite and respectful as well!
