  Very polite and friendly,diagnosed the problem.provided a full written quote and brief description of what was necessary.Booked me in for a reasonable lead time approximately three weeks after quote was received.Very pleased by the work carried out everything was left clean and tidy.   Nathan replaced roof well. However the Glass Lantern got scratched, 2 x 2" long. Worried if weather was very cold they would go into cracks. Was told politely I was fussy. He measured panel, 4 wks later came with r/p pane but was wrong thickness, took away again and eventually came back with a wrong coloured panel WHICH we are still left with. Said he couldn't get glass so would claim on his insurance an replace Lantern, told us he has Lantern giving us dates on numerous occasions he's coming to fit BUT still waiting. Does not answer our call now. We R left with 3 blue & 1 bronze glass panels

  Nathan first contacted me before I moved into this house to discuss the issues raised by our surveyors report, he told me what I needed, free of charge, over the phone. When we moved in we discovered we had a leak round our soil pipe, Nathan came the next day to have a look and within a week it had been sorted. Unfortunately he then discovered several other issues and suggested that while we had scaffolding up it made sense to replace the battens and felt as well. Again, within a week the job had been done. Nathan and his team are polite and courteous and I would highly recommend them

• Re-positioning of roof guttering and adding a downpipr

  Excellent service, ope and honest from the start ( it hasn’t rained yet to give full proof) priced the job immediately and said may take 4 or 5 weeks to fit in although it could be done even if raining. It rained 3 days later so couldn’t complete one job so came and did mine. Four day turnaround- very impressive.
