The work was completed, and nothing was left unfinished. I have included pictures of the work done to show the high standard of finish. When I took up the floor the previous owner had filled between the joists with junk which needed removing along with an old chimney stack below the floor. There was no damp-proof membrane under the floor joists and there was rising damp in the walls, all of which were rectified. Additional costs and time were due to requiring new joists, floorboards and 8 bags of self-levelling compound for the floor, all of which were receipted. I used a plasterer as the job was falling behind due to the extra work needed and not because the job was too big. At no point was she given 24 hours’ notice to make any decision. When the customer had voiced dissatisfaction on completion regarding the floor being unlevel I used a spirit level across numerous areas of the floor which were perfectly level which they witnessed. I sincerely hope that future customers are not put off by this inaccurate feedback as it is not a true representation of my work or work ethic which the other reviews can testify.
