• Took our money and didn't pay the scaffolder.

  The estimate Ryan gave was acceptable, but on further inspection the job proved to be more complicated so he arranged for scaffolding to be erected. More complications were found and the price went up significantly, but as the scaffolding was up and 1/4 of the roof tiles removed, we felt over a barrel to continue with the work at the now highly elevated cost. They arrived late and left early. There was a bucketful of concrete dust left in the gutter. However I cannot recommend this company as he has withheld payment to West Norfolk Scaffolding, whom he made the arrangements and now no-coms

  RJL responded very quickly to my call out request due to a leaking roof. They attended over the weekend to assess what was required and swiftly started the work the following day. Appreciated their attention to detail and high quality workmanship. They kept me up to date throughout the replacement of the roof and ensured I was aware of progress. I would highly recommend RJL and would definitely use again in the future.

  The guys worked hard in the freezing weather. Overall the roof looks good, have to wait for some heavy rain/ snow to see how good it is. I felt they lacked attention to detail, I asked them twice to sweep the roof before leaving but they never did,a bit disappointing
