  I would highly recommend RLE, brilliant time keeping, a fair price on the work that was done and friendly staff. Ritchie kept us in the loop off what was happening ie what they had finished and what they needed to complete. I added a few extras on which the staff had no worries adding them to their list and completing with no hassle. All work done was very professional and they left their work space clean and tidy.

  Unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience with this trader. The work is still not complete (started in October 2022) and there have been several problems that still need fixed. The building work (removing wall and fitting steel) went to plan. However no building regs were arranged (which the builder agreed to sort) so now we have to arrange this. However when it came to fitting the kitchen is where the problems started. Worktops have been damaged, panels have been cut incorrectly, worktops fitted incorrectly and many other issues. I have had no contact when raising this.

• Refit a garage into a hobby room

  Continuing from the previous job of fitting out kitchen. Richard was an excellent builder, he came up with suggestions that we hadn’t thought about. Hid team were brilliant, always respectful, hard Woking and tidy. I couldn’t find. Fault in any work carried out and delighted with all his workIt went from a dark and dingy garage to a bright, warm and welcoming room. I cannot thank Richard enough . He has been with us since beginning of December and due to unforeseen issues with the building it has turned into a bigger job than we first thought, replacing th guttering and conservatory roof.

• Replace a kitchen and change garage to indoor room.

  Brilliant started on the 9th of December with the promise of new kitchen by Christmas. But what we winter expect was that half the kitchen was felling down. We were in a panic, two weeks before Xmas and I ha no wall or ceiling and expecting my son for Christmas. But Richard did what he said l was in a state of panic. Richard to our rescue and managed to find e lintel and repair the wall, even installed underfloor heating all on two weeks. He was fantastic and definitely went beyond the call of duty. He was fantastic and I would certainly highly recommend him to anyone having work done.

• Full boiler replacement

  Richie arrived promptly at my address at the agreed time, and once carrying out a visual inspection went and got parts and replaced my whole boiler that day. The other lads, Kieron and Craig were also great, and the workmanship was impeccable. Would definitely recommend RLE!

  Richard was very polite and professional to deal with, arriving promptly at the agreed time to assess the job, advise what was needed and gave a fair quote. On the agreed date for the job he was very poorly and couldn't attend himself but the two men he sent to do the job, Craig and Keiron, arrived promptly, were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and polite, and they worked hard for the whole day and the next morning to fully complete the job. The standard of work was excellent, they were organised, left everything clean and tidy, taking all rubbish away. I highly recommend this company.
