Our boiler broke down.

Out of the blue out boiler stopped working. We needed it fixed quickly so that we had central heating and hot water. Robert was responded extremely quickly and as he spotted the boiler was still under warranty. He arranged for a Glowworm engineer to come and fix the problem. The engineer came the next day day and sorted the problem. As Robert had checked it was still under warranty we didn’t need to pay any charges. Fantastic service!
