  Removal of a satellite dish

  We contacted the company this morning and Wes was able to do the job this afternoon. He was friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He carried out the job quickly and took the old dish away with him. We paid the amount quoted and would definitely recommend.

  Repair to TV aerial and booster.

  Robinsons responded quickly and offered to come the next morning. However he had a problem with his vehicle and suggested the following morning(a Sunday) but that he quite understood if we wanted to find someone else. We agreed to Sunday morning and on the morning he sent us an ETA. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, checked all three of our TVs connections and changed the signal amplifier and booster box , both of which were showing their age. The bill included the call out fee, previously quoted, and also the new parts. We paid on his card machine. Good job done Thank you!

  Aerial replacement

  Wesley was absolutely brilliant. Easy to contact, friendly and approachable. Fitted us in on a Sunday at no extra charge. Replaced the aerial and cable on a high wind with no trouble. Many thanks, excellent job.

  Aerial Check

  Applied for a trades person to check my aerial at 5PM Friday; Robinson’s Aerial Services called within 15 mins; we agreed on a 10AM visit for the next morning; was on time and very courteous; found and fixed a fault in the cable; installed a splitter (going to 2 TVs) and signal amplifier; job done by half 11! The fee was very reasonable, especially as it was a Saturday and signal strength is now EXCELLENT! Very pleased with Robinson’s Aerial Services, and highly recommend them.

  New aerial, cables, box fitted

  Wes from Robinsons contacted us withing 5 mins of us enquiring about the job needed too be done, he made an appointment with us for the next day, rang when on his way, spoke about the price, we agreed, he came and did it. Checked TVs worked OK.

  We enquired about having an aerial fitted on Sunday, got a response within 10 mins, sorted a quote to be done on the Monday. Job done on the Monday. Wes arrived and was efficient in carrying out said job. A very polite chap who got on with it. Would totally recommended
