  They responded to my job request and got back to me quickly letting me know they will do a roof review of the guttering, soffits, fascia’s and roof felt and then let me know the faults and prices. Booked a time for them to come and they carried out the inspection, however they have not sent me the roof inspection details or let me know what faults there is and what work needs doing with prices and it has been nearly a week since inspection carried out. Over the course of 3 days I was told I would get the results that day, but nothing came through. Now phone calls and messages go unanswered.
