I’ve had these guys round to do work a couple of times now, most recently to replace the lighting in my garage and bathroom and swap out a fuse on my main board. Every time they’ve been excellent. Completing the work exactly as requested, quickly, for a fair price and always leaving the work area tidy (can’t say that for all sparky’s I’ve used in the past) Can’t recommend enough! Job location: B45We have used RR Electrical for many years now. They have done full re-wires, repairs, lighting installations and electrical certification on our portfolio of rental. The guys are an absolute pleasure to work with. So professional and just get the job done. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for top notch professional company to do any electrical work for them.10 Several small jobs inside and outside the house.

The guys turned up as arranged on time. We had an issue with our shower switch, we expected them to view and then come back with a quote. However they immediately made a temporary fix and returned the following week with the necessary replacement socket and also helped us with a smoke alarm that was not working properly. On the same day they fitted the outdoor light and power socket. All sorted very quickly. Very polite, friendly, professional and informative. I have scored so highly as I cant fault the company. Reece and Liam were here before appointment time, waiting outside until the exact time. They worked swiftly but took the time to explain what needed to be done and what the options were. They left no mess at all and were good with the kids who wanted to know what was going on. They had made it clear that if there were any problems at all (there wasn't) to get straight back in touch with them. I cannot fault them one bit. From start to finish they have been superb. We moved into an old house which needed a lot of electrical work. They fitted a new electric panel, replaced, and fixed sockets, put in new sockets, put in new smoke/carbon dioxide alarms and new light fittings. Very professional, nothing is a problem, work is top quality and they are friendly, great guys. Job location: DY18I cannot praise the work of RR Electrical Services highly enough. They arrived on time and worked steadily to fit the various ceiling and wall lamps. This necessitate adapting some fixing plates etc. Which they did without any problems. They even went out of their way - literally by driving to the nearest supplier- to deal with a problem that had arisen only the night before : a broken pull cord on a ceiling switch. It turned out that the ceiling switch was the wrong type for an electric shower rather than a fan/ceiling light. So they bought and fitted the correct switch!
