  • 2 rubber roofs, guttering, black timber fascias etc; amend existing front fascia/soffit/guttering.

    We were left with white upvc fascias, painted black at last min, areas unpainted, paint on our stonework. Existing front fascia just hastily sawn shorter, not straight/smooth, leaving exposed wood, no soffit. Had to pay another roofer to re-do that. Water cascaded in through side roof rim, down internal walls when it rained few days after the job; discovered the roof wasn't fixed to the building - could just lift it up. Had to pay new roofer to replace roof. Now also need to have rear roof replaced on building control advice. No guttering ever fitted. Paid a lot for this job; now paying twice.

    We decided to use Checkatrade to find a company to replace our shed roof. We chose a rubber roof. We waited for a dry day, as far as we could tell from the weather forecast. Troy and Terry were very friendly, and got right on with the work. When it was all finished, along with replacing the gutter seals and resealing front and back of the house, we paid the agreed price on the quote given for the job.
