An excellent communicator and quick to respond to the needs of clients. Akim carried out the work with his colleague at a very high standard. He conducted the survey which was accepted by my solicitors and the bank and that helped in getting the bank to fund my mortgage. Plus the price was better than other quotes I got and there were no hidden charges. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
