I needed the lead replacing on my bay window. Richard and his team were recommended by my neighbours. Efficient, friendly, expert replacement of the lead work, lats and felt. Added insulation. Also fitted dry verge caps to the roof and garage. Very pleased with the results.

Storm Dave took down a whole ridge off our roof, Thompsons contacted us on Easter sunday, came to quote on Easter monday and completed the repair the following Monday, for a price that matched the lowest from other companies and were clean, professional and tidy throughout, advised a maintenance free system and have sorted it quickly and professionally - so good, that 2 of our neighbours have already asked them to carry out work for them (not as urgent as our ridges!).

Thank you to Richard who responded really quickly to my request for a flat roof quote. Provided a fair and reasonable quote and within a few days the roof was fixed. Lads worked really hard and were tidy and respectful. Richard was also on hand during the works. Highly recommend.

Had some smashed tiles, called R Thompson roofing and they replaced the broken tiles and done some other smaller repairs while they were here. Really happy with the results.

My chimney was leaking really really bad, Richard came out and found the at the problem was the lead flashing needed replacing since it was so heavily damaged. While he was doing the repair he then said thay it would be a good idea to get the chimney repointed at the same time. Safe to say im over the moon with the final product, Richard was highly professional and talked me thru the whole process and made sure I was haiku the entire time. He also made sure there was no rubbish left after the job was completed. Would night recommend if give them a 100/10 if I could.
