Very good communication with head office. Quick response and Ben was brilliant. Professional, very helpful and sorted out lighting problem very quickly.

After having solar installed as part of a council group buy scheme and being fairly unimpressed by the installation options and aftercare I decided that I wanted to find a local solar installer to fit panels at our new property. We opted to go with the team at Rygol who designed a solar/battery system that took full advantage of our pitched/flat roof combination. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. The installation went smoothly with minimal disruption and we are more than happy with the system they have installed -and already saving money on our energy bills!

Absolutely amazing work from Leon and the Team from start to finish. My Elderly parents are in Bristol and very vulnerable having been scammed a few times. I contacted Rygol via Checkatrade and they have been so understanding and helpful throughout [I am the daughter based in Manchester]. They ensured all communication came via me - the team in the office kept me up to speed fully - and Leon was very kind and patient during his initial site visit / the explanation of what was needed - and planning the job in. My M + D felt safe and secure whilst he was with them - and it was completed on time!

The company got in touch quickly after posting the job, the admin team were polite and friendly. It took a little while to get someone round to quote, but it was still quicker than others we contacted. They were very friendly in person. Leon went round with us and took the time to understand what we wanted in each room and offered his knowledge when asked. Ben did the actual work. He was always punctual (early even), courteous and genuine, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the final result - even coming back another day to finish the last remaining job. Overall, very happy.

Visited day after I put in request on checkatrade which I was very pleased with. He listened to the symptoms of the fault and came to a quick conclusion. He had come prepared with a new meter and it was very competently fitted and checked. Would certainly use Rygol again.
