Pipe repair
Despite the high cost of next-day service for an urgent repair, we were pleased with the process. After we posted our issue on Checkatrade, Same Day called us within minutes to schedule a visit for the next morning. The engineer completed the repair quickly and to our satisfaction. They also went over the warranty and how to contact them if any issues arose. Same Day was expensive, but the experience was good. Their prompt response, efficient service, and excellent customer service reassured and satisfied us with this urgent repair.
Water leak fix and tap replacement
Sam was able to detect a leak that had been bothering us for just over a year very promptly. Fixed it and also replaced 2 of our taps as an additional job. He is personable and we will definitely go to him again for any plumbing issues. Arrived on time, did a quality job and even cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.
