Building a kitchen boiler cabinet with custom boxing for pipes.
Steve did an excellent job. Quick to respond, and completed the job promptly to a high standard at a reasonable price. Very pleased.
Put up a blind and fix a blind
Steve did an excellent job. He is able to solve tricky problems, no job is too small, he tidies up after himself and is very reliable. In the past he has fixed a garden gate, a window lock and a cupboard that would not shut.

Concrete base for a Garage
Steve and his team did exactly what we wanted for the prices they quoted. Excellent quality of work a can do attitude. In a world of cowboys and con men Steve is a breath of fresh air. Stop looking for your builder now, you've just found him!
Installation of a shower room and toilet. Includes plumbing, tiling and painting.
SCJ fitted a shower room for us in November 2022. We found his approach professional in terms of planning, communications and installation. The results were great with good attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him for other projects or recommend him to our friends and family.
Repair the roof of a lean-to porch.
Stephen was very responsive with excellent communication throughout. Recognised the urgency of the work (water was coming into the house when it rained) and sorted the job over the weekend. His quote was very reasonable and he was transparent throughout. As far as I can tell, work was carried out to a high standard. Would recommend.
