    Seb was initially being called in to pull up flooring and fix leaks and associated damage which had been ¨fixed¨ twice before. His quote arrived speedily and was very reasonable. We expanded his remit as the work progressed as they worked hard to provide an exceptional and professional service. He kept us up to date with regular progress reports and photos and this level of great communication meant that we were always happy about what needed attention and the way that Seb was fixing it. He is now our go-to man and we can recommend him wholeheartedly as a hardworking and trustworthy chap.
