Great workmanship
Called Sam as boiler stopped working plus other issues regarding 3 way valve. He came out the next day, talked me through options to try but we decided as boiler was ancient it’d be beneficial to just replace it, I didn’t want to prolong the agony of the inevitable but appreciated Sam trying to save me money. He started work the next day after sending me a detailed quote and as I’ve used him before I was happy to hand key over. He’s such an honest, hard working guy and trustworthy, job finished and very happy with everything
Issues with heating and discoloured water supply.
Thoroughly recommend. Have used SFB previously for a leaking tap so contacted when we had a couple of issues of no heating and water discolouration at my parents house. Received a prompt response and Sam worked diligently to fix the problems. Got the job done with patience, professionalism and no fuss. Amazing service.
Repairing 2 toilets and previous work of replacing a boiler
It’s really hard to find a reliable plumber but Sam is just that! He’s helped me out with a few jobs and nothing is ever too much trouble no matter how big or small the job. Sam is professional and very courteous. Highly recommend.
