With many happy and returning customers over the last 30 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout. year guarantees are included as standard on all completed work.

Close up vents, replaster inside and brick outside
Steve was a fantastic builder. He turned up on time, and did a first-class job on the vents. He made the outside perfect, couldnt tell they were ever there! He cleaned up after himself, and the job was well priced too.
Re-tiling shower enclosure
Steven re-tiled part of our shower enclosure as the tiles had blown due to a leak. He was very prompt at coming to quote for the job and knew what was needed to solve the problem. He also gave us an honest and reasonable price. I'm really happy with the work done, he was clean, tidy, punctual and polite. Will be using Steve again for future jobs.
Refurbish downstairs toilet. Remove old shed, build porch and plumb in laundry in garage.

Gutting of existing bathroom and fitting new.
Steve was excellent in helping us through the process of how to choose sanitary wares, etc. And ensured before we bought anything that it was appropriate. Steve and his colleague Maz worked diligently and professionally in undertaking the bathroom refurbishment and cleaned up after each day's work. My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend SJD Building Services.
Renovation of bathroom, open plan kitchen diner
Highly recommend Steve and his team, we are very happy with his work, will use him again in the future. Our works included renovating our bathroom, structural support work to open up our existing kitchen / dining room. Relocating and fitting a new kitchen, Steve and his team carried out all the electrics, plumbing, flooring, interior finsihes. A pleasure to deal with, friendly and knowledgeable, communication was great, dealt with all our queries and requests, good attention to detail (being a architect I can be quite picky). Thank you Steve for your help!
