  Loft insulation

  Two guys arrived on time to install loft insulation, they proceeded to remove the old insulation. I had closed all the bedroom doors before the start of the work, the guys decided to inspect the bedrooms and leave the doors open allowing fibreglass dust to spread throughout the house. On removing the old fibreglass insulation they threw it all down the stairs loose, which made the mess way worse than necessary. This should have been bagged at least. Very poor service from a government sponsored scheme. The ops had no training in health and safety. I will escalate to my MP.

  Really good service!

  Rang off check a trade as needed someone to come out to look at the boiler, it was displaying error message and we didn’t have hot water from taps, even though they have been busy with other jobs they managed to fit us in at the end of the next day. Michael came out and kept us informed of time before hand and on the day, very polite and professional and really helped as he explained the issue and causes to me. Fixed everything while here and offered further service if we need or want it. Really happy work the experience and thank you!

  New boiler installation

  Fantastic work carried out by Vijay and Wasim in replacing a faulty boiler. My boiler stopped worked and the team responded very quickly, demonstrated their expertise and knowledge which allowed me to make an informed and educated decision on what do to next. Now I have a new boiler with improved pipe work. Fast, reliable and trustworthy. Will be using this company again for upcoming work.
