Foam removal from loft
This is a review of SmartFoam Ltd, also trading as HomeSmart Energy. I placed an order for foam removal from loft and paid 25% of the total amount quoted at time of placing the order. The company and I both signed their contract. The week before the work was due to commence, I received the final invoice for the remaining balance. Perhaps a bit premature?!! They never turned up. Eventually I got a call to say that they wouldn't be doing the work as "it wouldn't be cost effective for them"! Not sure how they feel about customers who don't honour their side of a contract? Eolis HC Loft Insulation
They turned up on time, were polite, courteous, put down carpet protection where appropriate. They were very tidy and cleaned up after they had finished, leaving no mess at all.
