The work was carried out on time and cleanly My agent onsite said that the operatives were polite and friendly. All required guarantees were available at the end of the exercise.

This is a review of SmartFoam Ltd, also trading as HomeSmart Energy. I placed an order for foam removal from loft and paid 25% of the total amount quoted at time of placing the order. The company and I both signed their contract. The week before the work was due to commence, I received the final invoice for the remaining balance. Perhaps a bit premature?!! They never turned up. Eventually I got a call to say that they wouldn't be doing the work as "it wouldn't be cost effective for them"! Not sure how they feel about customers who don't honour their side of a contract? Not impressed!

They turned up on time, were polite, courteous, put down carpet protection where appropriate. They were very tidy and cleaned up after they had finished, leaving no mess at all. They only stopped to have coffee and took no other breaks. As far as we can tell they did a good job with the loft installation.
