    Stu was a lovely, well mannered man. He arrived on the day exactly when he said he would and worked very hard all day and concluded by taking all the old ceiling and debris away with him. He did a brilliant job and we are very happy with the result. His charges were very fair and good value for money. I have no hesitation in using him again for further work.

    Had work quoted, agreed, and booked in for a date and time. The day came and nobody turned up, an hour and a half after agreed start time I tried calling to find out what was happening but none of them were picked up, the calls weren't returned, and now two weeks later I still have no idea why nobody bothered turning up or telling me why.
