Constructing a new structure, roof, walls, new electrics, upvc door, rendering the external walls
In all honesty, I'm genuinely so tired attempting to contact Jamie, each time getting nowhere. We only chose SNS as they were on this website so thought they were reputable however the work started in August last year and is still to be completed!!!! They've taken more money then work they've actually done, I have been extremely patient as you can appreciate since it was signposted as a 12 week job and its been 11 months?!!. It's always an excuse, Jamie's busy, he's taken another job etc. How about finishing what you've started? To date, work has not been completed.
Kitchen Remodel
Technically the last bits are still to finish, but that's dependent upon old walls finally drying out and me finishing laying the floor, so only right that I put the review on as is. Job involved taking out old kitchen including tiled flooring, knocking through to the room behind (complete with new wall/RSJ), making good, replastering, fitting new Howdens kitchen and utility units. Really knowledgeable team, with Lee doing a great job on the building side, Jamie plastering and Danny on kitchen fit. We especially liked the fact that they had a couple of young apprentices with them!
Replacing wooden cladding on a converted barn
The SNS property services team were efficient and completed the work in an expert manner. The final finish was excellent and all involved were a credit to the company.
Two walls in Kitchen knocked down and made good also ceiling re-plastered.
Excellent workmanship! Everything was explained to us, Lee and will arrived on time and carried out the work in a very professional manner ( very friendly ) Jamie came the next day and carried out the plastering all very professional, we would highly recommend this company.
From flooring, to re doing the roof to knocking walls through to make a bigger room, great service!
Brilliant customer service from start to end with exceptional attention to detail due to a diverse assortment of skills which includes highly qualified professionals. I had to have my house re wired, with 2 rooms being pushed into 1, that needed a structural engineer. This jew room needed a kitchen then to get a jew boiler and move to another location. All of this needed to be check, approved by our architect and they liaised really well and very smoothl transition. They will do the job properly and thoroughly as if it is their own home. What more could you ask for, Well done guys!
To build 2x stud walls in an office and install 1x breakfast bar workspace.
Quick turnaround for responses, very polite and professional when communicating also. Flexible with the works that were required, and kept me informed on all decisions on materials used. The labourers that carried out the works were very tidy, communicative and quick with the works. The finished product is professional and exactly as required. They were also very tidy and made adjustments to the works where asked. I would recommend this company to everyone.
