We wanted to replace our septic tank with a new sewage treatment plant. Tom visited the site and quoted for a replacement system and a new soak away. It was explained to him at the beginning that the garden is clay soil however Tom assured us this wasn’t a problem. In summary, he destroyed our lawn with the machinery, he had money problems where he couldn’t hire equipment half way through the job, the ground wasn’t suitable for a soak away yet he tried to charge us for all the materials and labour, he left us with an illegal STP system, pouring waste into a neighbours land. Has now vanished

SDS were called as my toilet was backing up. After a camera server it was know I had a collapsed pipe. Only option was to dig up and the pipe was to far gone. Very help come up with multiple solutions. But went with budget I had. Very reliable, friendly and very happy to ease the problem anyway they can.

I called Solent drainage solutions as all my toilets were backing up. Tom was out that same day to carry out inspection of what the problem was. Turns out the main pipe had collapsed and tom was back the very next day to do the repair works. I was most impressed with how once job was completed you would never of known the works had taken place. Would highly recommend.

Tom and his team turned up every day at the agreed time and were always polite and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done fast and efficient. I explained to Tom that I had 2 young children and needed to make sure the area was safe at all times. This was never an issue the areas were left safe and tidy after every shift. Top work from a great team.

Attended within 15 minutes, unblocked in minutes and checked with a camera for any problems, with genuine advice given. 100% recommend

Tom turned up within a couple of hours of my call and immediately located the drainage problem. He got to work and cleared the blockage within 30 minutes then cleaned up and put everything back as it was. Excellent service and a great guy so would fully recommend to anyone.
