A Great Company
After deciding to go ahead with a solar panel and battery storage solution, I couldn't have been happier with the service, professionalism, and assistance from SESE. Everyone we met and interacted with both pre-installation, during the installation itself (in the middle of a mini heatwave), and post-installation were polite but friendly, and very helpful when we had any questions (and we had a few!). Superb Experience!
Really enjoyed working with South East Solar & Electrical (SESE) and I am over the moon with my installation which was installed VERY efficiently by a friendly and polite team. The same can be said of the office based team and the scaffolding team and I think it's a great asset to have the scaffolding and solar all under one roof. The after sales team have also been very responsive with any questions I've had with regards to the App that is used on a daily basis, these are not issues just general getting to know the system queries. Excellent all round service!
Really pleased with the whole process, from online quote, structural survey communication, to installation, not to mention the great price! They arrived before/on time & got started straight away, were very polite, explaining the process & checking my preferences for sites of the equipment. They were very efficient, neat & precise in their work & left my property tidy & as they found it.
