  First contact very good, professional. Additional work was identified, although agreed to was overpriced. The guys worked hard and were polite and cleaned up after each day. On completion we happy. A few days later we noticed the lead flashing pulling away from the wall, it does not seem to have been secured properly before being cemented. Contacted Lee no response as he said he was on holiday, agreed to complete repair, no contact from him. Sent a few text messages asking what was happening and was told I was hassling him. Gave seven days to be fixed, 13 days later no contact, no fix,
