1.75Verified ReviewThe work entailed lifting the carpets; disposal of the carpets, curtains, furniture and white goods; deep cleaning the property; and cleaning the front and rear yards. The floors were not swept; cobwebs, carpets, furniture, dirt, etc. were not removed; cleaning of yards was incomplete; cooker hood/extractor, doors, windows, etc. were not cleaned; two curtain rails instead of the curtains were removed. The contractor claimed the work had been completed by providing misleading photos. Then she said she would be on holiday till August 30th, 2024.
