  • Still no quote after more than two months

    Adam came out to our property in April 2023 to quote for a relatively small job. He questioned why we wanted the work doing, which was because it was a bit of a mess and we wanted more of a low maintenance area. His colleague seemed to be concerned about digging out one of the trees, which he said would be very difficult and appeared to be trying to put us off. He said he would provide a quote within 7 days. More than two months later, we've received nothing. Score of 1 simply because he turned up, supposedly to provide a quote. Can't recommend at all.

    Adam was professional throughout the process, I actually liked having to pay a deposit for him to come and give a quote as you knew he was serious, in for the long run and could be trusted. He and his work colleagues worked hard and tidily. They listened to what I wanted and were willing to make adjustments and suggestions.

    I can totally recommend this firm. They were superb from conception of the project to completion. Nice, polite, hardworking and trustworthy people to have in and around our home. Arrived when they said they would and communication was excellent throughout. They are very fair and easy to do business with. With over 8 years’ experience in landscaping, Adam decided to set Spring Forward Landscaping in 2018 with the aim to provide high quality and affordable gardens. We have completed a variety of projects in size ranging from small family gardens to large estates where he has liaised with several trades people to complete projects to a high standard.

 

Our passion stems from a love of the outdoors and being a family business, we recognise that need to have a space you can enjoy with your own family. We cover the Worcestershire area and can facilitate projects out of the county (details upon request).

 

We will always seek to listen to as well as guide the client to achieve their ideal garden at an affordable price by working with the client throughout the process. Spring Forward Landscaping offers a range of services, which includes:
