We and our neighbours had our roofs replaced mid December last year. The tiles used were not the ones quoted. The job was finished on Friday, on Saturday our neighbour climbed the scaffolding to check and found numerous broken/faulty tiles and loose flashing round a gas boiler exhaust. I checked and found broken tiles. On the following Monday-Tuesday there were several visits by roofers replacing many tiles. As soon as the last known faulty tile had been replaced we received an email with including invoice. Second time we have had Jake to help us with our roof. He was easy to contact, he made arrangement to promptly come a give a us a quote. He quoted for the job we had asked about but also noticed a problem with a broken tile which we had not noticed and would have caused us trouble. He quoted us a price which was very fair. After agreeing the works and arranging a day and time, he turned up as arranged. On both occasions Jake has had the job done in good time with no issues.
