  Multiple Roof Repairs

  Had various repairs completed by this company. Initially had very good impressions. I had even recommended this company to Friends and family. Their prices are high but i'm a mistakenly fought this was due to the quality of work. Not even 2 week after they had been the ridge they installed started falling off & leaking. I Made lots phone calls and emails. Fast forward 6 weeks no one bothered to show anytime they said they were coming. I have now had to pay another roofer to come out and rectify their work. I was also charged for new ridge vents that were not installed. Very poor service

  Dry ridge repair new ass guttering and downpipes, 1st class service would recommend all the team.

  Came when they said they would, worked really hard from the boss to all the lads in the team, cleared up as they worked, very professional and polite, kept me up-to-date on what was happening, would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanx so much to all the guys I am delighted with standard of work carried out great team work.

  Team were quick to get the quote sorted as well as give a detailed description of the work they would carry out and what is needed, highly recommend and I'm sure the work that will be carried out will be held to a great standard as well

  Replacement of flat roof over porch

  Received 3 quotes, they were professional during the initial visit, provided confidence in their solution and considered neighbouring connections. So they got the job. However, since accepting the quote on 09/12/2024, I've emailed 5 times and called 3 times to arrange a start date - emails were ignored, and promised call-backs never happened. Twice, I was told work would start the following week (10/02/25) and get written confirmation, but it never came. I've been left with water coming in my roof now for over 2 months when I could have just accepted another quote, save yourself the hassle.
