The trader called and indicated a straightforward process which would take less than a day. I issued him with a supplier quote and said he could get it cheaper. We agreed a date (today 17th February) and he said he had my contact details to return a quote for the job. Two text messages to the trader were unanswered and he failed to make contact.

Scott fitted our new bathroom, he was very professional and the bathroom has been amazing. He kept flooring protector down and cleaned up everyday even with other works going on in the house, the most considerate tradesman we've ever had in the house.
